- En arrivant au village de Beuil, vous continuez la route en direction de Valberg jusqu’à Beuil les Launes.
- A la Chapelle, vous tournez à gauche et prenez la route qui monte jusqu’au parking de l’immeuble qui se termine en cul de sac.
- When you arrive in the village of Beuil, continue on the road towards Valberg until you reach Beuil-les-Launes.
- At the chapel, turn left and follow the road uphill to the apartment building’s parking area, located at the end of the cul-de-sac.
Etape 1 : Deux portes d’entrée avec un code, vous permettent de rentrer dans l’immeuble. Une côté Sud et l’autre côté Nord/parking.
Pour ouvrir ces portes, vous trouverez un clavier à code. Vous devrez faire le code pour entrer dans l’immeuble : transmis par message.
La place de parking est libre.
- Two entrance doors with keypad access allow you to enter the building: one on the south side and the other on the north side (parking side).
- To unlock either door, use the keypad and enter the access code provided to you in a separate message.
-The parking space is not assigned, so you may park in any available space.
Etape 2 : Récupération des clefs de l’appartement.
Une boite à clef est fixée dans la boite aux lettres, étiquette DUPLEX sur la face avant code transmis par message.
Pour accéder à l’appartement, vous pouvez prendre soit l’ascenceur , soit l’escalier jusqu’au 4ème et dernier étage.
La porte d’entrée est en face de l’ascenseur.
- Apartment key collection: A lockbox is attached to the mailbox labeled “DUPLEX” on the front. The access code will be sent to you in a separate message.
- To reach the apartment, take either the elevator or the stairs to the 4th and top floor.
- The apartment entrance door is located directly opposite the elevator.
CONSIGNES SPECIFIQUES
• Attention de toujours sortir avec vos clefs pour ne pas rester enfermé dehors. Il n’y a pas de poignée côté extérieur. Ne pas laisser les clefs dans la serrure.

En cas de besoin, les horaires du gardien sont affichés dans le hall sur le panneau d’affichage.

Lors de votre départ, à la fin du séjour, merci de bien vouloir remettre les clefs dans la boite
à clefs ou vous les avez trouvées et de brouiller le code.
• Réception téléphonique au 06.50.76.90.69 du Lundi au Samedi de 9h à 18h.
• Electricité : le disjoncteur se trouve dans l’armoire du compteur sur la gauche en entrant.
• Eau : en cas de fuite, le robinet d'arrivée d'eau se situe à l’extérieur de l’appartement dans le placard entre l’appartement 404 et 405 à droite en regardant l’ascenceur.

Poubelles : les poubelles sont à déposer à l’extérieur de l’immeuble avant d’entrer sur le parking. Mise à disposition de trois poubelles pour le tri selectif (Papier/Verre/détritus)

Au moment du départ, nous vous remercions de :
- Vider le réfrigérateur,
- Ranger l'appartement, laver la vaisselle,
- Mettre les draps et taies d’oreillers sales sur le lit,
- Emporter les poubelles,
- Fermer toutes les fenêtres et éteindre la lumière et le chauffage
- Remettre les clefs dans la boîte à clefs comme indiqué précédemment.
Important Information:

Always take your keys with you when leaving the apartment. The entrance door has no exterior handle, so you could lock yourself out. Do not leave the keys in the lock.

If you need assistance, the building caretaker’s opening hours are displayed on the notice board in the entrance hall.

At the end of your stay, please return the keys to the lockbox where you collected them and scramble the codeafter closing it.

Electricity: The circuit breaker is located in the electrical cabinet immediately to the left as you enter the apartment.

Water: In case of a leak, the main water shut-off valve is located outside the apartment, inside the cupboard between apartments 404 and 405, on the right-hand side when facing the elevator.

Waste disposal: Please dispose of your rubbish in the bins located outside the building before entering the parking area. Three recycling bins are available for paper, glass, and general waste.
Before You Leave:
Before checking out, please make sure to:

Empty the refrigerator.

Tidy the apartment and wash all dishes.

Leave the used bed sheets and pillowcases on the bed.

Take out all rubbish.
-
Close all windows and switch off the lights and heating.

Return the keys to the lockbox as described above and scramble the code.
